Virginia C. Perez

Virginia Coughlan Perez, age 73, of Baltimore, Maryland, formerly of Norfolk Massachusetts, and Cresskill New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Loving mother to Elizabeth Berinoto and her husband Michael, Gustavo Perez and his wife Jacqueline, Kathleen Gerber and her husband Timothy, Brian Perez and his wife Jean. Cherished grandmother to Ella, Gustavo, Meghan, Liam, Elouise, Abigail, Charles, Erin, Oliver, Harper and Harriet. She was a sister and best friend to Ellen Nadeau. 

Ginny was born on January 23, 1951, to the late William and Frances Coughlan and a beloved sister to the late Kevin Coughlan and Norreen Cappuccino.  She was a graduate of Regis College in Massachusetts and a retired office manager for Northern Valley Anesthesiology Group at Englewood Hospital then professional Nana providing daily childcare for her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her family near and far, being at the beach, gardening, traveling, and reading. Her kind heart and selfless love will be missed by all who were blessed to know her. 

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at St Therese Church in Cresskill, NJ at 12 PM. Memorial donations may be made to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital in Virginia’s name.
