On  May 18,2023 Virginia R. Blanton; beloved wife of the late W. Franklin “ Frank” Blanton; devoted mother of Sharon Blanton and her partner Kari Lunsford, Lynn Blanton Wisner and her late husband Michael Wisner, and Michael F. Blanton ; cherished grandmother of Andrew Wisner, and his wife Lisa, David Blanton and his partner Kelly Gardner, Matthew Blanton , Zachary Wisner, and Noah Wisner ; great grandmother of Adalyn Blanton, Ridgley Wisner, and Maggie Blanton.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the  Monkton United Methodist Church, 1930 Monkton Road , Monkton Md, 21111, on Sunday, May 28,2023 from 2:00 pm- 3:00 pm, with a Celebration of Life at 3:00 pm. Interment private.
