Victoria A. Mitchell

Victoria A. Mitchell, of Middle River,  passed away on April 15, 2019 devoted mother of Joseph Borman and Jeffrey Borman, Sr.; loving "Mommom" of Jeffrey, Jr. and Branden; dear sister of Michael Whelan and his wife Susan and Valerie Hughan and her husband Charles; cherished daughter of Thomas Whelan and his late wife Margaret Whelan (nee Dominick).Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

Friends and family will gather to honor Victoria's life at the Abundant Life Church, 9629 Philadelphia Road Rosedale MD, 21237, on Saturday April 27, 2019 from 1:30-3:30 PM with a home going memorial beginning at 3:30 PM. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers a donation in Victoria's name may be made to The American Cancer Society.
