On November 25th 2020; Victoria L. Bussard, of Essex; loving daughter of Lisa Hand and Gregory Bussard; step-daughter of Anthony Hand; devoted mother of Glenn Bonner IV, Ethan Bonner and Alyssa Bonner; cherished fiance of Champ Bonner; caring sister of Kristen Bussard, Jessica Bussard, Maygan Hand, Shakira Hand and the late Lauren Hughes; dear aunt of Nicholas, Caiden, Corey, Savanna and David III; endearing niece of Rick, Stephanie, Jennifer, Veronica, Bud and Les; Also survived by many loving family and friends.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Victoria's life at the family owned Evans Life Celebration Home - 8800 Harford Road, Parkville MD, 21234, on Wednesday, December 2nd 2020, from 3-5 and 7-9PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11AM.
