On July 13, 2019; Tommy Richard Fannin, age 82 of Parkville; beloved husband of Elizabeth J. Fannin nee Ives; devoted father of Elizabeth M. Adkins and husband Philip, the late Thomas Alvin Fannin, William K. Fannin and wife Elizabeth, Richard C. Fannin and wife Melissa; loving grandfather of Sarah, Katlin, Jessica, Kyle, Ryan, Alexandra and Matthew.

Mr. Fannin was an Air National Guard Veteran, and avid Pilot, Boater, Auctioneer and Auto Body and Fender Shop Owner.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Tommy's life at the Evans Life Celebration Home-8800 Harford Road-Parkville on Tuesday, July 16 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM where a funeral service will be held 9:30 AM Wednesday. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions in Tommy's name may be made to Chesapeake Down Syndrome Parent Group, Inc. P.O.
