Tarla M. Shah

Some people walk this earth and make this world a better place through their legacy. Their departure reminds us that angels are watching over us. On May 2, 2022, Tarla Mahendra Shah rejoined her heavenly family and gained her wings.

Tarla Mahendra Shah (March 24, 1932 – May 2, 2022) lived a beautiful and dignified life. Tarla was a compassionate and kind soul with a passion of caring for others. She was very broadminded, strongly believed in education and independence, and practiced perseverance.

Tarla is survived by her children and grandchildren: Varsha, Raj, and Pinaki Shah, Mala, Nitin, Zarin, and Anik Kothari, Sangeeta, Shatish, Monshu, Freya, and Praket Shah, and Frazy, Shirali, Shefra, Shrena, and Smera Shah. She is also survived by her brother, Navnit Shah, and his family.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Tarla's life at the family owned Evans Life Celebration Home in Forest Hill, MD - 3 Newport Drive on Wednesday, May 4th, 2022 at 10AM.
