On March 3, 2020, Stewart O. Gill, Jr. of Parkton passed away at the age of 73. Stewart served 4 years in the Air Force and 32 years in the Baltimore County Fire Department, retiring as Captain.

Stewart was the cherished son of the late Stewart and Dorothy Gill; beloved husband of Nancy Gill; devoted father of Christine D. Foster and husband Timothy; Andy Gill, and Paul "P.J." Gill; grandfather of Samantha Wisnom; step grandfather of Clinton Foster and Emma Foster, and brother of Dorothy Kelley, Janice Fishpaw and the late Nancy Dean.

Family and friends may honor and celebrate Stewart's life at the family owned Evans Life Celebration Home - Monkton, 16924 York Road, Monkton Maryland with a receiving of friends on Friday, March 13, 2020, from 3-5 PM & 7-9 PM. Please join the family for a celebration of his life on March 14th from 12-4 PM at the Hereford Volunteer Fire Department, Summit Manor, 510 Monkton Road, Hereford, MD 21111.
