On February 3rd 2020; Stephanie A. Belcher, of White Marsh; loving daughter of Carolyn Walton and the late Andrew Hrib; cherished mother of Michael Shultis and wife Dawn; dear sister of Andrew Timothy Hrib, Robin Markline and the late Teresa Miller; devoted aunt of Stephen, Christopher and Amanda; Also survived by many loving family and friends.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Stephanie's life at the family owned Evans Life Celebration Home - 8800 Harford Road, Parkville MD on Sunday, February 9th 2020 from 3-5PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 10th 2020, at Middle River Baptist Church, at 11AM. Interment to follow at Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
