On November 16, 2023, Samuel "Jud" Stark, 82, of Perry Hall, passed away peacefully with his family by his side. Jud was the beloved husband of Sandra Joy Stark, devoted father of Christine Jones and Samuel Judson "Sam" Stark, and his wife Valerie, and cherished brother of Judy Mallory. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Services and Interment will be Private. Contributions may be made to Gilchrist Home Care Fund, 11311 McCormick Road, Suite 350, Hunt Valley, MD 21031.
