On February 4th 2020; Ruth Winneberger, of Parkton; loving mother of Bobbi Jo Winneberger and fiance Al; cherished grandmother of Dalton, Charley, Eric and Ripley; dear sister of Esther, Janie, Virgie, Ruby, Joey and Jimmy; devoted girlfriend of John Matthews; Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Ruth's life at the family owned Evans Life Celebration Home - 16924 York Road, Monkton MD, on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, from 3-5PM and 7-9PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11AM at Evans. Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
