Ruth Maxwell Obituary

On January 18, 2019; Ruth T. Maxwell, age 102; longtime resident of Oak Crest Village Community ; beloved wife of the late Francis Maxwell.
Ruth, an avid bridge player loved playing the piano, reciting poetry and was deeply religious. She was kind, generous and thoughtful to all those she came in contact with. Before moving to Oak Crest she and her late husband Francis spent many years living on Morris Avenue in Lutherville. For many years she was an active member of the Towson Methodist Church. She will be remembered for having a warm heart and kind words for those she encountered.
Family and friends will honor Ruth's life at Oak Crest Village Chapel-8800 Walther Blvd-Parkville on Wednesday, January 23 from 10:30-11AM at which time a funeral service will begin. Memorial contributions in Ruth's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
