Ruth Carolyn (Dieter) Jeffers

On May 18, 2023; Ruth Carolyn Dieter Jeffers of Parkville, beloved wife of the late David Jeffers, devoted Mother of Bonnie Hutson and her husband Melvin, Daniel Jeffers and his husband Kyle Wilkins, loving grandmother of Jason Surplus and his wife Lisa and Melvin Hutson III and his wife Autumn, loving great-grandmother of Kaylee, Maddison, Olivia and the late Jordyn. Also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Family and friends will honor Ruth’s life at the family owned Evans Life Celebration Home-Parkville, 8800 Harford Road, on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 from 2-4 PM & 7-9PM, where a Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Interment Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
