Robert Worthington Obituary

Robert W. Worthington of Darlington passed on October 3 after a brief battle with cancer. The son of Richard and Betty Worthington of Churchville, Bob was born in 1956. A graduate of Bel Air High School, he operated the Aberdeen Body Shop for car repairs and also worked at Bermans Automotive in Baltimore.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Worthington of Churchville; his daughters Megan Worthington of Rising Sun, Diane Worthington of Churchville, Amanda Fritter of Manassas, VA., Rachel Worthington of Largo, FL.; grandchildren Richard and Naomi also of Largo; sister Anne Worthington of Flagstaff AZ., aunt Carole Baile of Westminster; and many cousins and friends.

Bob loved studying the history of Harford County, gardening, restoring automobiles and fishing. Because of Covid precautions, and at Bob's request, there will be no services.
