On March 13, 2024, Robert Lee Saffell, 92, of Sparks passed away peacefully; devoted husband of Carol Saffell; cherished father of Sally Over, Mark Saffell, and Edward Humphrey and his wife Melanie; beloved grandfather of Sara, Travis, Jeffrey, Devon, and Josh; loving great grandfather of Samuel and Levi; and many loving family and friends.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Robert’s life at the Evans Life Celebration Home – Hereford, 16924 York Road, Monkton, MD, on Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 10AM – 12PM. A graveside service will be held at Stablers Cemetery – 815 Stablers Church Road, Parkton, MD, interment to follow.
