Passed away peacefully on July 1, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Patricia L. Woolley; children- Kathleen M. Woolley, Brian M. Woolley, Marianne Meagher, Patrick Meagher and grandchildren Kelley M. Gardner, Juliet H. Woolley and Jonathan D. Meagher.
Families and friends may come for a remembrance at 9:30 am on July 27, 2019 with a memorial mass to follow at 11:00am at the Church of the Resurrection in Ellicott City, MD. Mr. Woolley will be laid to rest at a later date in a VA cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Gilchrist Hospice Care, 11311 McCormick Road, Suite 350, Hunt Valley Md. 20131.
