On January 7, 2021, Richard Stargios Psaros, 92, of Towson passed away peacefully surrounded by family; devoted husband of Jean Penman; cherished father of Debbie Sullivan (Mark) and Alexander Psaros (Tricia); loving grandfather of Christopher Psaros (Michelle), Julia Ricciardi (Bard), Gregory Psaros (Sarah), and Laura Kennedy (Patrick); beloved great grandfather of Eliza, Adeline and Ava Psaros.

Richard was a proud Veteran of the U.S Coast Guard.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Richard’s life at the Evans Life Celebration Home – Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Rt. 23&Rt. 24). Forest Hill, on January 23, 2021 from 10 – 12pm with a service to follow.
