On June 23rd 2021; Priscilla "Penny" Flynn, of Parkville; loving wife of over 55 years to Edward Flynn Sr.; devoted mother of Ed Flynn, Jr. and wife Lori, Jim Flynn and wife Cathy, Karen Flynn and Richard Flynn; cherished grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; dear sister of Janet Farinholt and the late Sonny Carter; Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may honor and celebrate Penny's life at the family owned Evans Life Celebration Home - 8800 Harford Road, Parkville MD 21234, for a Receiving of Friends, on Friday, July 2nd 2021, from 11-1PM. A memorial service will be held at 1PM, following the gathering.
