On March 20, 2019, Phyllis L. Wassum, 74, of Joppa, beloved wife of the late Norman Wassum; devoted mother of Edward (Allen) Wassum & his wife Cheryl, Lisa Wassum and Tammy Wassum & her husband Ronald; dear sister of Thomas Stoots & his wife Melissa; grandmother of Victoria, Steven, Nicholas, Ashley, Jessica & Steven; great grandmother of David, Bailey, Charles, Caroline, Ethan, Eli, Jason, Oliver, Landon, Liam & Easton.

Family and friends will honor Phyllis’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Rt. 23 & Rt. 24), Forest Hill on Thursday, March 21, 2019 from 10 to 11 A.M. with Services beginning at 11:00 A.M. Interment Highview Memorial Gardens.
