Lewis William Eichhorn

On November 7, 2023, Lewis William Eichhorn, 72, of Glen Arm, passed away. Lewis was the loving son of the late William and Antoinette Eichhorn; devoted husband of the late Belinda Eichhorn.

 Lou loved being on his motorcycle. Starting as a teenager, he owned many motorcycles throughout his life and although he liked each one, any Harley he owned was his favorite. His last was a trike which unfortunately he was able to ride only a short time. Lou also enjoyed flea markets and his many visits to the markets in Baltimore and Harford counties led to him know which dealers carried what he was looking for whenever he needed something. It seemed to those who worked for him in his landscaping business that each Monday would bring a showing of the bargain or two or more that he had found.  Lou operated that landscaping business primarily in the Pikesville area for more than 30 years before retiring in 2018. 

About 15 years ago Kitty came into the life of Lou and Belinda.  After  never  having been pet owners in their lives, they soon became avid cat owners and when Kitty was killed they quickly found Tabby who moved right into their hearts. 

A Memorial Graveside Service will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at the Waugh Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, 11453 Long Green Pike, Glen Arm, MD 21057.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Baltimore Humane Society,1601 Nicodemus Rd, Reisterstown, MD, 21136, and/or any local Animal shelter of your choice.
