Lee Davidson, Sr. Obituary

Lee Carter Davidson, Sr., 77, of Delta, PA passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, July 19, 2022. Born 1/23/45 in Havre de Grace, to the late Lee E. Davidson and Margaret Davidson (nee: Carter). He was preceded in death by his sister, Susan D. Wishart and his son Lee Carter Davidson, Jr.

Carter was the beloved husband of Sandra Creswell Davidson; with whom he celebrated 53 years of marriage on October 28, 2021. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Caroline Johnson (Kenny) and James Davidson (Amy) and grandchildren Cassandra Johnson, Lauren Johnson, Casey Davidson and Kayleigh Davidson.

 Carter attended Havre de Grace High School and Harford Community College. During his life he was the owner of Professional Landscaping Service and later The Village Smithy gun sales and repair business. He served in the Maryland National Guard in Havre de Grace, MD for 10 years and retired from Greiner Engineering where he worked as a Bridge Inspector “walking steel”. 

 He was a member of theMaryland Society of the Sons of the American Revolution, Military Vehicle Collectors Association, and a lifetime member of Delta Peach Bottom Fish & Game Club and the National Rifle Association. 

Friends and neighbors are invited to join his family for an outdoor Celebration of Life on Saturday, September 10 at 2 pm,  35 Murtaugh Rd, Peach Bottom Township, Delta. 

 Interment will be at Harford Memorial Gardens.
