On November 10th 2023; Larry W. Boniface, of Parkville MD; loving husband of Alexandra Boniface and the late Joanna Boniface; devoted father of Dawn Charnigo and husband Chris, Keith Boniface, Nadine Maldeis and husband Glenn, Victor Boniface and wife Jennifer, Brittany Boniface and step father to Colleen and Michelle; cherished grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; dear brother of Richard and Paul Boniface and the late Kenneth Boniface; also survived by many loving family and friends.
Larry W. Boniface, a pillar in his community and cherished friend to many, was born in Washington DC on December 12, 1939. Larry lived a fulfilling life until he passed away on November 10, 2023. His life was marked by acts of service, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine generosity that always put others at ease.
Larry's initial journey was in the service of his country as a dedicated Marine from 1957-1959. Following active duty, he embarked on a successful career as a Lithographer with the Defense Automated Printing Service, where his hard work and dedication saw him retire as Director in 2003.
In his free time, Larry was an avid pool player, deeply associated with the "A.P.A.", spending countless hours competing and forming lasting friendships. He held a pivotal role as a treasurer at the Garden Villa and was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) for many years.
Those who knew Larry could attest to his love for adventures, particularly cherished cruises and family trips. An accomplished cook, Larry's infamous homemade fruitcake and his son's favorite breakfast side, home fries, will be fondly remembered. In his younger years, Larry enjoyed golfing, a testament to his spirited competitiveness.
Larry W. Boniface was a loving, friendly, and generous individual with a life full of accomplishments and sincere connections. His legacy will continue to inspire and guide those who were fortunate to have known him.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Larry's life at the Evans Life Celebration Home - 8800 Harford Road, Parkville MD 21234, on Wednesday, November 15th 2023, for a visitation from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, 1 PM at Evans. Cremation to follow all services.
