On November 14, 2021, Josephine V. "Jo" Gettier, 95, of Baldwin, passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles A. Gettier, Sr.; devoted mother of Charles A. Gettier, Jr. & his wife Leslie, Darel J. Gettier, Michele M. Anderson & her husband Richard, Robin C. Gettier, Renee E. Street & her husband David, Chad S. Gettier & his wife Deirdre, Janine C. Gettier, Melanie V. Gettier & her husband Walter "Butch"; cherished grandmother of Matthew, Emma, Ethan, Criselle, Ryan, Sydney, Grace, Justin, Aaron, Calder, Sierra, Liam, Adam, Carl, Lily & Jonas. Also survived by five great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Jo's life at the Evans Life Celebration Home-Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Rt. 23 & Rt. 24), Forest Hill on Sunday, November 21, 2021, from 2-5 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, 10:30 A.M., at St. Ignatius Catholic Church. Interment St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery.
