Joanne (Simmons) Riggin

On March 14, 2023, Joanne Riggin; 90 of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and formerly of Towson, Maryland;  beloved wife of the late Joseph Riggin;  devoted mother of Gary Riggin and his wife Lisa, Suzanne Krom and her husband Mike, and the late Donald Riggin;  loving grandmother of Stephen Riggin, Kaitlyn Waksmunski, and Megan Waksmunski;  great grandmother of Charlotte Riggin.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Joanne’s life with a receiving of friends at the family-owned Evans Life Celebration Home - 8800 Harford Road, Parkville, MD 21234 on Monday, March 20, 2023 from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM.  A memorial service will be held at Evans Parkville on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 11:00 AM.  Inurnment: Private by family.
