On November 24th 2021; Joan Lee White (nee Waldner), of Baltimore; beloved wife of the late Franklin D. White; devoted mother of Robert White, Steve White, Dawn Rambo and husband Joe and Lisa Beil; loving grandmother of Stephanie and Nicole Rambo and Matthew and Danielle Beil; dear sister of Dorothy Duncan.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Joan's life at the family owned Evans Life Celebration Home - 8800 Harford Road, Parkville MD 21234, on Wednesday December 1st 2021, from 3-5 and 7-9PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, 11AM at St. Ursula's Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Parkwood Cemetery.
