On October 31, 2020, Jackie Lee Phillips; beloved husband of Jacqueline Phillips (nee Dillman); devoted son of Betty Jane Phillips (nee Smoot) and the late Marvin Phillips; loving brother of Judy Emery and her husband Terry, brother-in-law of Helen Grady and her husband Eugene; dear uncle of Nicholas Emery, Michael Farabaugh and his wife Holly, Keith Farabaugh and his wife Laural, Christine Clevenger and her husband Gary, Brad Farabaugh and his wife Mariella, Dr. Elizabeth Conheim and her husband Brandon; also survived by many great nieces and great nephews.

A memorial service will be held later. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be sent to Gilchrist Hospice. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.evansfuneralchapel.com
