Isobel H. Mooney

On February 26, 2021, Isobel H. Mooney, of Forest Hill, MD passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late William L. Mooney, Sr.; devoted mother of Jorja Vay Thomas-Murcia & her husband Tony, Marie Mooney McDavid & her husband Charles, William Lee Mooney, Jr. and Thomas Scott Mooney; cherished grandmother of Terry Edward Thomas, Jr. & his wife Heather, Rhiannon Elizabeth Carper and the late Bryan William Thomas ; dear sister of the late William Earnest Hankins and Thomas Harold Hankins. Also survived by many loving family and friends.  

Family and friends will honor & celebrate Isobel’s life at the Evans Life Celebration Home– 3 Newport Drive (Rt. 23 & Rt. 24), Forest Hill on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from 11AM- 1PM where funeral service will begin at 1PM.  Interment to follow at Gardens of Faith Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Isobel’s name may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
