On February 7th 2020; Holly M. Fox, of White Hall; loving daughter of Wanda Jacobs and the late Gary E. Fox Sr.; devoted mother of Bryan Simon, Ashley Simon and Joey Simon; dear sister of Lisa Edwards and the late Gary Jr.; cherished fiance of Stephen Balcar; Family friend of 15 years to Amy Marciano; Also survived by many loving family and friends.

Family and and friends will honor and celebrate Holly's life at the family owned Evans Life Celebration Home - 16924 York Road, Monkton MD, for a Memorial Service on Saturday, February 15th 2020 at 12PM.
