On February 11, 2021; Franklin R. Hood (96); World War II Navy veteran and devoted husband of M. Ruth Hood (nee Taylor). Loving father of Dolores Dyer, Kathleen (C M) Holmes, Frank (Providencia) Hood, Joanne (Richard) Boettcher, Kenneth (Amy) Hood, RuthAnn (Albert) Poremski, David (Mary Kathleen) Hood, and the late Ronald (Deanna) Hood. Grandfather of 17; great-grandfather of 12. Brother-in-law of Sr. M. Dolora Taylor, OSF.

A funeral mass, interment and celebration of Frank’s life will be held at a time when all can gather and celebrate fully and safely.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Gold Coast Down Syndrome Organization, 915 S. Federal Hwy., Boynton Beach, FL 33435.
