Obituary

Evelyn Elizabeth (Liz) Norton (nee Lancaster) peacefully passed away and was called home to our Lord on Friday, August 25, 2023. She reached the remarkable age of 97 years.

Evelyn (Liz) was born on July 12, 1926. She resided in rural Baltimore County with her mother, Lottie, her father, Frank, and her sisters, Nettie and Louise.

Evelyn is survived by her daughters, Janet Barbe and Pat Hastings, and her sons, Jim Abrisch, Paul Gangi, and Mark Gangi. Additionally, she leaves behind a cherished legacy of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding Evelyn in death were her sons, Richard Abrisch, Arthur Abrisch, and Carroll Abrisch, her beloved husband Glen Norton, and her previous husbands, Paul Gangi and Peter Richard Abrisch.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Evelyn's life on Friday, September 1, 2023, from 10AM-12PM at Evans Life Celebration Home- 8800 Harford Rd; following the visitation Evelyn will be laid to rest at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens- 200 E. Padonia Rd, Timonium, MD.
