On June 19th, 2022; Emanuel C. Propalis, from Finksburg MD; loving husband of the late Florence Propalis; devoted father of Karin Smith and fiance Sean Lewis, Lisa Tartaglia and husband David; caring Poppy of Jakub Smith, Joseph Tartaglia, Eleni Tartaglia, and the late Nicholas Tartaglia; dear brother of Mary Burns and the late Georgia Propalis, Pete Propalis, Paul Propalis, Harry Propalis and John Propalis; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and his best friend, Joe Cherry.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Emanuel's life at the family-owned Evans Life Celebration Home - 8800 Harford Road, Parkville MD 21234, for a receiving of friends on Monday, June 27th, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022, 11 AM at Evans.
