On June 16, 2022, Donald L. Deal, 89 of Parkville; cherished husband of Leona Deal, beloved father of Janice Teal and her husband Melvin, Sharon Huebschman and her husband Wayne and Donna Grim and her husband Mike, loving grandfather of Rick, Dawn, Lisa, Melissa and Michael, loving great-grandfather of Lindsey, Autumn, Megan, Damien, Jamie, Hannah, Ethan and Josh, loving great-great-grandfather of Avery, loving brother of Joan McFadden, Sonya Knight, Mary Deal, Rita Taylor and the late Pat Deal and Barb Rutkowski. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Donald served as an electrician for the B&O Railroad for 25 years and later a truck driver for Wareham Enterprises for 16 years. He also enjoyed camping and deer hunting. Donald fell in love with Leona at first sight and they spent a wonderful 68 years of marriage together. Leona passionately stated, “Don was a great man and a great provider but very bull-headed”.
