On May 27, 2020, Dillard Orlando Howell, Jr. beloved husband of Susan E. Howell; loving father of Timothy O. Howell, Kurt V. Howell and Dawn Haire, stepfather of Robert M. Wagner and Cindy E. Wagner; cherished grandfather of Morgan, Mason & Blake Howell, Vance, James & Preston Haire, Caleb Erdman and Tyler Hartner; dear brother of Jackie Howell, Albert Herman Howell, Jeffrey Howell, Sr., Darlene Folk and Noreen Clark. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family & friends will honor and celebrate Dillard’s life at the Evans Life Celebration Home-Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Rt. 23 & Rt. 24), Forest Hill on Sunday, May 31, 2020 from 12 PM to 2 PM at which time a Prayer Service will be held. Interment Private.
