On January 19, 2020, Diana Marie Hall, 71, of Edgewood, beloved wife of Jesse D. Hall; devoted mother of Jacqueline N. Smith & her husband Emanuel T. Smith; cherished grandmother of Emanuel T. Smith, II and Jesse D. Smith; dear sister of Wanda J. Phillips & her husband William Phillips, Karen L. Wallace, Anita Harris and her husband Michael Harris and the late Sheila M. Miller & Sandra D. Stowers. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

Friends and family will honor and celebrate Diana’s life at the Evans Life Celebration Home-Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Rt. 23 & Rt. 24), Forest Hill on Saturday, January 25, 2020, from 3-5 & 7-9 P.M. A Homegoing Service will be held at Living Water Apostolic Church, 4100 Webster Rd., Havre de Grace, MD on Sunday at 3:00 P.M. Interment will be in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery on Wednesday at 10:00 A.M.
