Catherine Cupp; devoted mother of Tracy Raymond and her husband Jonathan, Franklin Rogers, III. and his wife Tracy; step mother of Heather Scott and Todd DeGraw; loving grandmother of Anthony, Kile, Zachary, Connor, Frank and Rachelle; great grandmother of Frankie, AJ, Mike, Camron and Aaliyah; sister of Michelle Palumbo, Mary Elizabeth Cupp, Darcele Harper, Frederick Cupp, Jr. and the late Dianna Harvey, and their families.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Deborah’s life at the Evans Life Celebration Home-Parkville, 8800 Harford Road on Tuesday January 28, 2020 from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm where a funeral ceremony will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 am.
