On October 13th, 2021, Clifford Carlson Webner, 65, of Baltimore, MD, passed away. Beloved husband of Carole Webner, married for 43 years; loving son of the late Raymond K. Webner and Grace M. Webner (nee Cromwell); devoted father of Matthew Webner and Kerry Webner; caring grandfather of Fiona and Maxwell; dear brother of Mark Webner and his wife Karen, Barbara Carter and her husband Lamar, Dorothy Shirley and her husband Mark, and Sharon Rogowski and her husband Raymond; also survived by other family and friends.

The Memorial Service will be held at Perry Hall United Methodist Church on November 27, 2021 at 11:00 am.
