Clifford Samuel Peters passed away on May 14, 2022, at the Perry Point Veterans Hospital, Community Center and Nursing Home at age 87. Honorably discharged from the U.S.A.F. in 1956, Cliff spent many years as both an in-patient and out-patient at Perry Point due to his service-connected disability. A Final Salute was given at Perry point. He is survived by his brother Jack and wife Patricia of Bel Air, MD and two nieces, Celeste Thompson of Bethany Beach, DE and Lorraine & Scott Holley of Bel Air, MD and two nephews, Jack & Gina Peters of Haymarket, VA and Gary & Kendyle Peters of Pasadena, MD.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Cliff’s life at the Evans Life Celebration Home-Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Rt. 23 & Rt. 24) Forest Hill on Friday, May 20, 2022, from 1-3 P.M. with a Prayer Service beginning at 3:00 P.M. Interment will be at Parkwood Cemetery on Friday, May 27, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. Any remembrances should be given to the Military Order of the Purple Heart.
