Charles E Hauck, Sr.

Charles E. Hauck, Sr. passed away on Monday November 23 with his loving wife Pat by his side. Also known as “Herb”, Charles was born on April 15, 1937 in Allentown, PA. He was the son of the late Mary Hauck Smith.  Herb and his wife Pat were married 64 years ago on April 14th. He was a 1954 graduate of Central Catholic High School in Allentown.

Herb was employed by various grocery chains throughout his career, starting at Food Fair in the produce department and retiring from Lehigh Valley Dairy.

In addition to his wife, Herb is survived by sons Charles E. Hauck, Jr. and his wife Kathy, Patrick and his wife Pamela, grandchildren Elizabeth De Wallace (Rob), Charles III, Joseph (Elissa), Katherine, Caitlin Horton (Josh), James (Amanda), Connor, Caroline, Catherine, and Patricia.  Great Grandchildren Brynn, Emma, Jack, Joseph Jr., Francis, David and Thomas.  Herb was predeceased by his son Thomas.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 27th at 11am at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 9215 Old Harford Rd, Parkville, MD.
