On February 12th 2020; Catherine M. Kelbaugh, of Kingsville; loving wife of late Herman Melvin Kelbaugh Sr.; devoted mother of Herman Melvin Kelbaugh Jr., David Neil Kelbaugh and wife Patricia, Susan Myra Powell and husband Raymond; cherished grandmother of David, Jennifer, Mary Beth, Katie and E.J.; dear great grandmother of 14 great grand children; caring sister of the late Tom Moore, Ted Moore and Jim Moore; Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate at the family owned Evans Life Celebration Home - 8800 Harford Road, Parkville MD 21234, on Friday, February 14th 2020, from 3-5PM & 7-9PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1PM at Evans. Interment to follow at Moreland Memorial Park
