Barbara Lamar Marshall Higgs

On September 22nd, 2021, Barbara Lamar Marshall Higgs, 97, of Rosedale, MD, passed away. Wife of the late Irving Higgs; daughter of the late Robert and Florence Marshall; mother of Charlie Higgs and his wife Christine and Mary Patricia Donavan; grandmother of Michael and Brittney; great-grandmother of Shyanne, Colt, and Kira; sister of the late Edith Holscalw, Ruth Nevils, Carl Marshall, Thelma Powell, James Marshall, Doris Ashby, and Norma Marble; aunt of Connie Slattery; great-aunt of Sandy Gregg; close friend of Tracy White; also survived by many friends and relatives.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Barbara’s life at Evans Life Celebration Home- 8800 Harford Road in Parkville, MD  on Sunday, September 26th and Monday, September 27th from 3-5PM & 7-9PM. A funeral mass will be held at 11AM on Tuesday, September 28th at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church -  8212 Philadelphia Rd, Rosedale, MD 21237. Interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery - 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Hillcrest Heights, MD 20746.
