Anthony (Tony) Baltusis

Anthony "Tony" Baltusis, a loving, humorous, and passionate man, passed away on May 16, 2023, in his hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. Born on April 28, 1963, to the late Frank and Susanna Baltusis (nee Johnson.) Tony lived a life full of joy, laughter, and dreams that soared among the stars.

Tony's journey began in Baltimore where he was surrounded by a close-knit community of friends. He met his beloved wife, Wendy, and together they built a life filled with love and happiness. Tony was known for his infectious smile, his boundless optimism, and his ability to bring people together. His friends were like family to him, and he was always there to lend a helping hand or share a laugh.

Outside of his professional life, Tony was a fervent music lover. He was an avid fan of the Electric Light Orchestra and spent countless hours scouring record stores for rare vinyl treasures. Tony's love for music extended to playing the guitar, a hobby he pursued with great passion.

Tony was also a devoted aquarist, taking great pride in his fish tanks and aquariums. His home was a sanctuary for marine life, and he took great pleasure in sharing his knowledge and passion for aquatic creatures with others. Tony's dedication to the well-being of his aquatic friends was a testament to his compassionate nature and love for all living beings.

Tony Baltusis was a man who embodied the spirit of loyalty and passion in all aspects of his life. He was a beacon of light for those around him, and his memory will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate enough to know him. Tony was that light for so many, and his legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of those who loved him.

Evans Life Celebration will be holding the receiving of friends on Saturday, May 27, from 10-11 am, followed by a memorial service to honor and celebrate Tony's life. As we gather to remember the many ways in which Tony touched our lives, we will be reminded of the immense love and joy he brought to those around him.
