Anna Elizabeth Carter

On September 22, 2021, Anna Elizabeth Carter, 26, of Joppa, MD passed away suddenly. She was the beloved daughter of Larry & Leigh Ann Carter; cherished sister of Andrew Carter, Katlyn Carter, Lauren Carter and Bernadette Lennon (Nee Carter). Anna is survived by her four aunts, three uncles, two nieces, one nephew and numerous cousins.

Anna enjoyed helping people, and she got to employ that passion through the Project Homeless Connect by providing dental services to the homeless community. She was also very proud to work with the Neshaminy Valley Dentistry as a Dental Assistant. Anna loved being a dog mom to her fur baby Gideon.

Family and friends will honor Anna’s life at the Evans Life Celebration Home– Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Rt. 23 & Rt. 24), Forest Hill on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, from 5-8 PM where a funeral service will begin at 7:30 PM that same evening. No interment to follow. Memorial contributions in Anna’s name may be made to The Humane Society of Harford County - 2208 Connolly Road, Fallston, MD 21047.
