On July 29, 2020; Adam M. Mecinski, Sr., 91 of Frederick, Maryland; beloved husband of the late Irene L. Mecinski; devoted father of Dr. Adam Mecinski, Jr., Mark Mecinski, Basia Carpentier and the late Dr. Michael Mecinski; cherished grandfather of Hank and Zosia.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Adam's life with a funeral mass on Saturday August 1, 2020 at St. Ursula Church at 11:00 am. Interment: Holy Rosary Cemetery.
