On March 19, 2019; William Arthur Abel, of Baltimore; beloved father of Jamie Abel and Summer Abel; loving son of Elaine Sherman; dear brother of Duane Sherman and wife Ruth, Charles Abel and wife Carrie; cherished grandfather of Hallie Gervais, Louis Gervais and Cash Vichich; uncle of Crystal Abel, Tracy Abel, Nathaniel Burnside, Honesti Burnside, Jack Sherman, Brooke Sherman, Chase Sherman, Riley Winsker and Aaron Winsker; cousin of Sidney Seibert, John Cochran, Diana Simmons and husband Ken and daughter Kyrsten, Scott Hofferberth and wife Jeanne.

Family and friends will honor Williams' life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services-8800 Harford Road-Parkville on Friday, March 22 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM where a funeral service will be held 9 AM Saturday. Interment Oak Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions in William's name may be made to UM Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Institute- 2200 Kernan Drive, Baltimore, Maryland 21207.
