On October 27th, 2019; Thomas C. Nelson, of Sparks; loving husband of 58 years to Portia Nelson; cherished father of Christine Mahoney and husband William, Robert Nelson, Brian Nelson and wife Michelle, Matthew Nelson and the late twin brother, Nathan Nelson; dear grandfather of Corey, Lauren, Kayli, Daniel, Caleb, Timothy, Rafferty and Dempsey; Also survived by many loving family and friends.

Thomas was born and raised on a farm in Parkton, Maryland. He was a dedicated employee for Baltimore County as a Surveyor. Thomas was known for his love of Bicycling with his wife. He will be greatly missed!
