On October 2nd, 2019; Richard "Tommy" Dougherty, of Parkville; dear son of Richard Francis Dougherty and wife Patricia and the late Wanda Kowalski; former husband of Robin Dougherty; loving father of Richard Kristopher Dougherty, Raymond Paul Dougherty, Ryan Todd Dougherty and Caitlin Dougherty - Matos; cherished grandfather of Liam, Kieran, Posie and Calder; devoted brother Patrick, Daniel and the late Sharron and Charles; Also survived by many loving family and friends. Family and friends will honor and celebrate Richard's life at the family owned Evans Life Celebration Home - 8800 Harford Road, Parkville, MD for a Receiving of Friends from 2-4PM on Monday, October 7th, 2019. A memorial service to follow at 4PM.
