On March 7, 2019, Richard J. Jacobs; 80,a former Parkville resident, now currently resides in Manchester, Md.; beloved husband of Wanda Sue Jacobs (nee Layne); devoted father of Richard T. Jacobs, Virginia Lee Gerben and her husband John, Wendy Jacobs; loving grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 1 great grand-daughter; dear brother of David Jacobs.

Family and friends will honor Richard’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services-Parkville, 8800 Harford Road on Monday from 3-5 pm & 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be celebrated at Cub Hill Presbyterian Church, 2927 Cub Hill Road, Parkville, Maryland 21234 on Tuesday March 12, 2019 at 10:00 am. Interment: Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
