Webster, 95, of Lutherville, beloved wife of the late Charles Lester Webster; loving mother of Barbara Parker, Nancy Webster and the late Mark Webster & his wife Melanie; cherished grandmother of Lisa, Thomas, Jr. and Jennie Parker and Joey Webster; great grandmother of Ashley Parker & Faith Hiss.
