Margaret Wilkie Obituary

On January 22, 2019, Margaret A. Wilkie, 88, of Forest Hill, MD. She was born in Somborn, Germany on August 9, 1930 to Carl and Agathe Roell. Mrs. Wilkie has resided in Harford County since 1972. She was a homemaker, liked to sew, knit, crochet and embroider. There are four children: Gabrielle Roth, California; Todd Messick, Michelle Gross and Lynn Means, Maryland; two grandsons: Max Roth and Samuel Skovran; three great-grandchildren: Brody, Daxton and Rylee Roth and two stepchildren: David Wilkie and Carol Aftosmis.

Two previous marriages ended in divorce and her third marriage to Ray Wilkie was the charm. She was a member of Deer Creek United Methodist Church and sang in the choir.

There will be no public viewing. A memorial service will begin at 2PM Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Deer Creek U.M.C. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Deer Creek United Methodist Church, 2729 Chestnut Hill Road, Forest Hill, MD 21050.
