John Charles Maier

On January 16, 2019; John Charles Maier, 90 of Towson, Maryland; beloved son of the late Leonhardt and Beatrice Maier (Nee Parsons); devoted brother of the late J. William Maier, Daniel F. Maier, Elizabeth R. Rettberg; loving uncle of James L. Rettberg, III., Robert F. Rettberg, Dianne E. Biddison and the late Thomas J. Rettberg and Janet L. Brown, also survived by many great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor John’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services-Parkville, 8800 Harford Road on Thursday January 24, 2019 from 3-5 pm & 7-9 pm. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Friday 11:00 am at St. Hilary’s Church, 3823 2nd Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21225. Interment: Parkwood Cemetery.
