Charlotte Rosalie Hays

On January 19th, 2019; Charlotte Hays, of Towson; loving Wife of the late Emory W. Hays; devoted Mother of Deborah Perry and Katherine Are; caring Grandmother of Christy Salamone and Michael, Justin Are and his wife Malka, Heather Effler and her husband Richard, and Tyler Are; dear Daughter of the late Leo and Emma Moulton; Great-Grandmother of Christa-Lynn, Charlotte Emory, Bradley John and Eatom Hays Are; Also survived by her beloved dog Eddie. Charlotte was known for her passion for Ball room Dancing, as well as the love she had for her family and friends. 

Family and friends will honor Charlottes life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services - 8800 Harford Road - Parkville on Wednesday, January 23rd from 6 - 8 PM where a Funeral service will be held 12PM Thursday. Internment Parkwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Charlottes name may be made to Alley Animals, Inc - P.O. Box 27487, Towson, Maryland 21285-7487.
